Thank you for the reply. I understand your frustration and am sorry you feel that way. I did indeed indicate that we needed a contract signed to start work, this is a common practice in California for all contractors. We would never schedule or start work without a legal contract signed.

Depending on that & also If they did not allocate enough for proper repairs I can contact them and get them to re-open and allow for a supplement perhaps. It could be a sticky situation but I am still new with your claim, so not sure how far the insurance company went with it. Can we talk Monday and discus options and getting repairs completed? I will be mostly available after 2pm

Per our conversation you are going to see if you still have a copy of the estimate Steve Mullins wrote you a few months ago and forward it to me. In the event you cannot find it, I can come out next week and meet you onsite and draft up a new estimate with you :)

He wants to approve our estimate but I am not sure if pricing is still correct. He wants the job installed on Dec 2nd.
