21-1741-WTR-PCollins DaniEMAIL:Good morning, Following our inspection of 8314 Atlanta Ave. #201, HB on 12/21/21 the technician reported: Affected area: Second flight of stairs from the front entry to the main level of the home. Building materials affected: Drywall and baseboards. There is a soft spot on the balcony floor that the homeowner suspected was the cause. However, based on the technician's moisture readings, the leak may be coming from the front door. Our technician suggested performing a water test to test both theories, at this time the homeowner became upset and began yelling at our technician. He calmly excused himself and reported the incident to the office. Due to the homeowner's aggressive behavior, our technician was unable to complete the inspection. We recommend a water test be performed at the front door to confirm how the water is intruding into the home.12/21/2021 10:45:09 AM
