Good morning Total and Kelsi,
Final Update for Casa De Laguna (Total) 22896 Caminito Alto inspection per tenant watermarks in the garage ceiling on the plywood were there when she moved in.
Inspected with an infrared camera and moisture meter and NO moisture was detected. Per the tenant roofers changed the plywood on the edge of the entry of the garage.
No suspicious growth was found and no mitigation services were needed.
