Regarding the signed documents, I think it should be after the completion of these repair projects, If your project is good and my tenant is satisfied I will sign the document and give you top marks. How about the vanity repair? And I don't understand the requested a proposal? What means? I remember telling you I didn't change anything in the restroom, everything is the original. The Lagunawoods HOA management needs to be responsible for repairs Please do not delay repairs, this is the responsibility of the HOA. If all the repairs are done well, I will of course ask you for repairs in the future Thanks! Shereen Lee ---- Hi Sherry, The document sent over is for the mitigation work that was performed and completed. You will receive a second Certificate of Completion once the repairs phase is complete. But if you would like to wait until the end, I can make a note in the file. In regards the the vanity repairs, LWV requires us to submit a proposal to them for review and approval for any repair project. They have stated that since it is original, it would be covered but we still need to provide a proposal.
