Sending an update from yesterday's inspection. It appears to have been a leak and the areas affected are Kitchen & Family Room. Affected materials are the toe kicks, drywall, cabinets and carpet. We'll need to shore up counter top, detach lower cabinets. We have removed affected baseboards, removed wet walls and setup equipment for drying.
