23-1303-WTR-LWVHernandez EvelynEMAIL: initial update to LWV - to Kristopher, Damage, Irma, Joe, Julio Good morning, Our technicians went out to this manor on 6/20/23. Inspected the hallway ceiling. The resident informed us there were stains on the ceiling of the hallway ceiling, she cleaned it yesterday. The stainings might be due to poor ventilation in the area. During our inspection, no moisture was detected. We have recommended to the resident to keep her window open the majority of the time to aid in ventilation. Performed moisture inspection and no moisture was detected. She said, probably the stain on ceiling are , because no enough ventilation,when she used the washer snd dryer or when she take a shower. Told her, needs open the window, most of the time for ventilation. Also told her, if stains appear again; she can report to HOA, for future inspection. No equipment needed. 6/20/2023 3:47:17 PM
