23-1781-WTR-LWVHernandez EvelynEMAIL: initial update to LWV - to Carmen, Damage, Joe, Kristopher, Justin Good morning, Our technicians went out to this manor on 9/14/23. Inspected and found that the affected areas are the hall bathroom and master vanity. Affected materials are drywall, wall tile, floor tile and ceiling. There is a visible mushroom hanging from the ceiling. The source of loss appears to have come from a pressurized line in the attic space. Loss is category #3, class #3. The resident did not allow equipment set up as his wife will be having back surgery and would like us to return in a month. Scope of work would be removal of the affected drywall (ceiling & wall) (88sq ft), the vanity in the master bathroom will need to be removed to have access to the backside of the drywall of the guest bathroom in attempts to dry out the area behind the tile backsplash.
